We, the KADEX 2024 Organizer Committee, are providing the following support for the convenience of participating companies.

Please refer to the attached guide and ensure that your preparations for the exhibition proceed smoothly.

1. Parking Pass Distribution
   • We will provide parking passes for participating companies to use "Parking Lot 2" for convenient parking.
   • Vehicles without a parking pass can use "Parking Lot 1" (free of charge).
   • However, due to the opening ceremony, Parking Lot 2 will be restricted on October 2.
2. Online (Mobile) Invitations
   • Free One-Day Pass invitations will be provided for visitors.
   • These can be sent via the dedicated page for participating companies.
3. Exhibitor Badges Application
   • You can apply for badges to access the exhibition during the event.
   • Applications can be made through the dedicated page for participating companies.
4. Company Name Submission for Promotional Materials
   • Submit your company name to be displayed on the guide map (booth layout), information boards, and booth signs (for standard booths).
   • Please apply through the dedicated page for participating companies (no changes or applications will be accepted after September 6).
