A. A barcode to check your pre-registration will be sent via email.

A. For those who have pre-registered, an entry barcode will be sent by 10 a.m. on the opening day
Even if you do not receive the entry barcode after the opening time, you can still print your ticket at the venue by providing your [name].

A. Pre-registration must be done individually.
While tickets can be purchased using the same payment method, each attendee must complete their own pre-registration.
e.g. Purchasing two 1-Day Passes for one person ≠ Tickets for two individuals

A. We offer a discounted admission fee when purchasing tickets through pre-registration.
  • One-day pass: 10 USD (On-site 20 USD)
  • All-day pass: 30 USD (On-site 50 USD)

To receive the discounted admission fee, payment must be completed by 11:59 p.m. on October 1. After this time, tickets can only be purchased at the venue at the regular price, so we recommend taking advantage of the discount before it ends.

A. You can purchase admission tickets at the venue to attend.
However, you will need to pay the regular price (One-day pass: 20 USD, All-day pass: 50 USD), so we recommend pre-registering within the specified period to receive the discount.If you have an invitation from an organization, you can register using the invitation for free admission.

A.  To ensure business and networking opportunities for industry professionals and defense sector personnel, entry on Business Day is restricted. We kindly ask general visitors to attend on Public Days.

A.  Yes, they can
During Public Days, various attendees, including Business Day participants (military personnel, public officials, journalists, and industry professionals), as well as the general public and students, are welcome to attend.

A.  Barcodes are issued based on the number of tickets purchased.
  • 1 Day Tickets: If you purchase 2 tickets, you will receive 2 barcodes, with only one barcode usable per day.
  • 5 Day Ticket: Only one barcode is issued and can be used multiple times.

A. Pre-registration is recommended for middle and high school students aged 13 and above for quicker entry.
They can also purchase discounted tickets on-site (1 day: 10 USD, 5 days: 30 USD).
※ For children aged 12 and under, no pre-registration is required, and they can enter for free on-site.

A.  By pre-registering, you can enter quickly at the venue by scanning your barcode after staff verify your documents.
If you don’t pre-register, you will need to complete “on-site registration” to print an admission ticket at the venue.

A. For those requesting a refund, please send an inquiry email to kadexaroka@esgroup.net

For international transactions, refunds may take approximately 2-3 business days to process (excluding weekends and holidays).
Transportation

A.  Please park in Parking Lot 1, listed on the ‘Location page. This lot has the most available spaces.
Parking in Lots 2 and 3 is limited and reserved for those with admission tickets. We appreciate your understanding.

A. After arriving at Gyeryongdae (Parking Lot 1 and Bus Drop-off), please proceed to Gate 1 for entry.
Please note that Gyeryongdae is a military area, and entry through Gate 3 is restricted.

A. The shuttle bus stop vary by route. It will be announced at a later date.

A.  Free admission is available for military personnel, minors under 13, and invitation holders.
  • Military personnel: Please contact kadexaroka@esgroup.net for registration instructions.
  • Invitation holders: Be sure to pre-register using the link on your invitation.
  • Minors under 13: Registration can be completed at the venue.

A.  The admission fees for KADEX are as follows:
✅ 1-Day Pass: 10 USD with pre-register (On-Site: 20 USD)
✅ 5-Day Pass: 30 USD with pre-register (On-Site: 50 USD)

A.  To visit on multiple days, you will need to purchase separate tickets for each day
For a 1-Day Pass, the barcode from a previous visit cannot be used again, so please ensure you purchase tickets for the number of days you plan to attend.

A. The exhibition is open from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with last entry at 4:30 PM
On the final day, last entry is at 4:00 PM.

A.The exhibition entrance and exit are close to Gate 1 at Gyeryongdae.

A.  For the opening ceremony, entry is restricted to those holding an invitation (specifically for the opening ceremony) and press representatives.
Facility

A. Meals are available at the cafeteria outside the exhibition hall. There are no dining facilities inside the exhibition hall itself, but you can enjoy meals at the cafeteria outside the KADEX exhibition area.
Additionally, the Gyeryong Military Culture Festival offers local food booths, food markets, and food trucks.

A.  The VIP dining area offers food options for various dietary needs, including Halal and vegetarian dishes.

A.  The venue has designated male and female prayers rooms.

A. There isn’t any toilet inside the exhibition hall.
Portable restrooms are available outside the exhibition area for use.

A. Wi-Fi is not provided at the venue, so we recommend bringing a SIM card or a portable Wi-Fi router for internet access.
Others

A.  KADEX 2024 is held alongside the Gyeryong Military Culture Festival and the Ground Forces Festival, which have been held annually since 2007.
Experiences such as combat equipment boarding, U.S.-Korea combat equipment displays, military training simulations, and performances are part of the Gyeryong Military Culture Festival & Ground Forces Festival. For more details, please visit the websites below:
