Participation procedure for exhibitors of KADEX.

#01 Space Only (3m*3m / booth)
Exhibitors should employ the contractors designated by venue for the construction and erection of their stands.
Require minimum 18 sqm booth space

#03 Premium Booth
KADEX proposes premium booths (standardized high-end booths) at reasonable prices
in addition to basic booths for cost reduction and effective marketing of participants.
The corresponding amount is for the booth construction cost.
(Total cost = Raw Space(Space only) cost + premium booth construction cost)

PAYMENT INFORMATION
Payment Deadline

- Participation shall be deemed confirmed once the Organizer notifies the applicant of acceptance (via email, telephone, or other means).
- If the participant cancels after confirmation, a cancellation fee will apply depending on the timing of the notice. The fee will be deducted from the participation fee already paid. If the cancellation fee exceeds the amount paid, the participant must pay the remaining balance. (Please refer to Article 6: Cancellation Fee of the Participation Regulations.)
